History
2012
A passion for knowledge was what motivated the creation of Sialico, a team of excellence in consulting. Through knowledge, we seek to find innovative solutions to help our clients achieve their objectives.
Our story began in 2012, when we managed to free a shipment of whipped cream held at the border with the United States. It was the beginning of a solid relationship with health authorities recognized by the FDA, which has allowed us to offer effective and reliable solutions to our clients.
2015
In 2015, we expanded our service offering to include the design and support of Safety Management Systems, responding to the needs and expectations of our clients.
Years later, thanks to our experience and quality, our Process Authority, Veronica Ortiz de Montellano, was recognized by her expert peers in thermal processing.

In 2020, we created four specialized business units to provide personalized and adapted attention to each client.
